I am sorry, you should not click on any link to PLANNED.htm because those links all lead to this error page. Those pages are in progress, but have not been installed. The PLANNED.htm link should be replaced by the correct link within 30 days.
Inserting these dummy links is my bad solution for the problem of what to do when I am typing a page and a good idea for a link occurs, but I fear I will forget it unless I type it immediately.
