Konrad & Anna Margaret Haub Family

Grandpa became American Citizen in Year 1850. This Picture was taken around 1900 before Aunt Mag moved to Illinois. Grandpa died August 1901. Grandma died March 1907. They both were 72 years old and buried at Central Barren Cemetery. They had 12 childern. Four babies buried at Rooster Church and Conrad, Jr. was 16 years old buried at Central Barren southeast of where church stood. Henry the oldest child was buried at Argenta, IL. He was born in Liverpool, England when his parents was on their way from Germany. His first wife is buired at Cedar Hill Cemetry at Corydon, Indiana. The other three at Argenta. His second wife was a sister to Uncle Bill Kaufman.

This picture taken up by Rooster Church by big Oak tree. You can see their hats and bonnets laying by it. Grandpa gave 1 acre ground for the church. it was a German Reform Church. They belong to it till they started to go to the Church at the Central Barren Cementry.

This is the three grand-childern alive yet June 4,1994 Florance Kaufman White age 87 years (Argenta, Ill). Margaret E. Haub age 85 years (Palmyra IND.) Howard H. Haub age 82 years (New Salisbury Ind.)
