About this Birds Website
Bird001.htm - Harold's Bird Site
Like many people I have enjoyed a strong interest
in birds since early childhood. My mother always threw bread crumbs out
on the yard to feed the birds when the ground was covered with snow. In
my early years I had no books or picture cards, my dad had grown up on
a farm in a loop of Blue River and he knew a common name for most birds.
This site is the place where I record many of
my bird notes so we can share them. It includes notes from many friends.
I would like to link to your bird pages or enter your notes here if you
send them to me by email.
